Sassy Little Soul

Thanks to Little Foot Clothing Co. for the adorable, and comfy clothes!

I’ve always believed in shopping small. Growing up, my mom always shopped at small markets and stores. When I moved to Santa Cruz, shopping small was a way of life that I happily embraced. David and I try a different, family owned restaurant on our monthly date nights. I think the food folks make as they chase their dreams adds to the quality.

When I was planning our wedding, I became a huge Etsy shopper. I still peruse Etsy for fun finds on gifts or party decorations. Instagram shops were a whole new world of shopping for me. When I was pregnant with Talia, I started following small shops on Instagram, Last Christmas, I bought all of her gifts from small Instagram shops. What I love most about shopping small is knowing that folks are chasing the American Dream with a lot of passion and elbow grease.

My love of shopping small has inspired me to share the awesome shops I find here, through my Tried-it Tuesday series. I’ll be posting on items that have helped me wrangle my kiddos, or shops that offer quality items I’ve enjoyed.

One of my favorite shops is the Little Foot Clothing Co. The first time I saw their, My Best Friend is my Mama T-shirt my obsession with their clothes was clinched, because I’m going to convince Talia I’m her best friend, whether she agrees or not, come hell or high water.

I mean, can’t you just feel her love for me radiating from these pictures? ::warms my heart::

One of Talia’s Christmas gifts last year,  was the Sassy Little Soul raglan, which is just perfect for her. When I I reached out to them, they generously sent me a few items to share with you, Lucas received a Handsome Little Dude t-shirt, and Talia got a pair of white flora harem pants. The fabric is super soft and comfy.

What I love about these items is they take a licking and come out awesome from the wash. Talia has worn this onesie multiple times (she likes to let people know how much she loves her BFF, obvi) and after all the washes, it still looks brand new. Lucas has always grown so quickly, I became used to buying clothes a few sizes bigger, but because Talia is a little peanut I ordered sizes 6-12 months, and they were a little big on her. The good news is they’ll last a LONG time.

Everything in their children’s clothing store is completely handmade in the USA. All items are made to order, an could take 1-4 weeks to ship. Once shipped, the order will be sent via USPS First Class and a shipping notification will be emailed with a tracking number.

The best news is Little Foot Clothing Co. currently has a 50% off sale on all tanks and t-shirts with code SHIRTS. AND they have deals on their website. Hurry!
